They are well trained in insurance matters as well as medical triaging and are pleased to help you with any questions you might have.

Our friendly and knowledgeable clinical staff members are all Certified Ophthalmic Assistants (COA), accredited by the Joint Commission on Allied Health Personnel in Ophthalmology (JCAHPO), which prides themselves in “Certification and education for eye care excellence”. They assist our doctors to provide you with the very highest level of care and service.

Practice Administrator

Kimberly Stevens COE, OCS, has been with Cortland Eye Center for 18 years. She oversees the general operations of the practice. 

She is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmic Executives (AAOE) and a member of the American Society of Ophthalmic Administrators (ASOA)

Board of Directors, Cortland County Chamber of Commerce.
